We receive collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. How we collect the information
When you type in your information into our contact forms and via email or give us contact details over the phone we collect personal information you give us such as your name, phone number and email address. We also collect information when you make a purchase through our online shop. We assume that you agree to the collection of your personal information and that it will be used for the specific reasons stated.
How we store, use, share and disclose your personal information
Our website is hosted by BC Host. Your data may be stored through BC Host’s data storage and databases. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Any information provided when writing a review may be shown publicly on the review page. Data may also be stored by our payment providers and banks when you place a purchase.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce any agreement we may have with you. How long to we retain your information?
Your name, website address, contact details (these will not be displayed on our website unless stated and is for contact purposes only stated in the communications section), comments, feedbacks, reviews, recommendations and any photos may be stored indefinitely for display purposes on our website. All other information is only retained for as long as it is required.
How you will be able to withdraw your consent
If you don’t want us to process your data anymore, please contact us at handmadebycarolyn@hotmail.com If at any time you confirm that you do not wish us to process your data, your details will be removed as soon as possible.
